Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Refund Eligibility

• You may request a refund within 2 days of purchasing a Course from AIChampionsHub.

• Refund requests made after 2 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible. We provide courses using digital platform. Once you start accessing and attending a course, you will not be eligible for Refund after 2 days.

2. Refund Request Process

• To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at help@aichampionshub.com with your payment details.

• Refunds will be Credited at the earliest but as per bank processing timelines (holiday etc.) from the date of approval.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Once registered, cancellations are not required as you may request a refund within the allowed timeframe.

• If you cannot attend the course, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session (subject to availability).

4. Payment Disputes

• In case of double payment or technical errors, please report the issue immediately to help@aichampionshub.com, and we will process the correction/refund within 2 business days.
